The time it takes to design and ship your custom light fixture depends on the complexity of your design and our current order volume. Typically, custom fixtures are handcrafted and shipped within 10 to 12 weeks. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide you with regular updates on the progress of your fixture. Need it sooner? Contact us for expedited options.
Because each custom light fixture is made to order and personalized to your specifications, we do not offer returns or exchanges for custom pieces. However, if there is an issue with your fixture (such as damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly. All custom lighting carries a one year limited warranty.
We do not offer direct installation services. All fixtures must be installed by a licensed electrician.

We take great care in packaging out light fixtures to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that your fixture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to either repair or replace the fixture at no additional cost.
For most custom orders, we require a 30% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the fixture and before shipment. Once the final payment is received, we’ll ship your light fixture to your final destination.
